FAQ
Questions operators actually ask.
Do I need a card or a call to start?
No card and no call. You apply online; by default a person reviews every application and replies by email or phone within the platform’s published review window. Where open signup is enabled, the workspace opens immediately. The free tier is the full product.
What does it cost?
Usage: per active subscriber per month and per hotspot activation, in marginal bands that get cheaper as you grow. Every rate is read live from the platform on the pricing page; there is no install, per-device or staff-seat fee.
What happens if my wallet runs dry?
A grace period begins first. After it, new sign-ups pause until you top up — your existing paying customers stay online the whole time. One top-up restores everything immediately.
Which routers work?
MikroTik RouterOS 6 and 7, onboarded by a guided wizard over the API or with a single paste where there is no API. Routers behind NAT connect over WireGuard or SSTP; routers with a public IP can use direct RADIUS.
Can I sell without an online payment gateway?
Yes — voucher-only mode hides online payment entirely so you can sell through printed batches and agents until you are ready.
Does my money go through AccessCore?
No. You connect your own mobile-money or card provider and keep your own settlement. Platform fees are deducted from your prepaid platform wallet.
How do I protect my account?
Turn on two-factor authentication in My Account, give every staff member their own login, and use one-time setup codes instead of sharing passwords.
Where do I see whether the platform is up?
The status page at app.access-core.org/status.

The fairest comparison is a free account.
Connect a device, sell a voucher, watch the money land — then decide. No card, no clock.
